Add sound of ball dropping in cup when sinking a put. Possibly add crowd noise.

If you end your putt on an incline that deposits the ball into the hole, the game doesn't end, rather the next roll is a 0, but you cannot move the ball zero, and are forever stuck until you load a new level.

In the Paper Golf rules, you can always move the ball 1 space, without rolling a die; if you're next to the hole, it means you can always take one turn to sink the ball. The current implementation either doesn't allow you to do this, or makes you roll first.
